We acquire and manages value-add, commercial multi-family properties in the Southeastern United States. Initial target markets include major metro areas of North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. Focus cities are Raleigh-Durham to Charlotte, NC; San Antonio to Austin, TX; and Atlanta, GA.

Value-add targets are class B/C multifamily properties in A/B locations in fast-growing markets with strong economic fundamentals and attractive supply/demand dynamics.

Target property size: 80 - 200 units

    Deal sourcing and property management

    An experienced manager with 10 years of military service in the US Navy. He is a skilled administrator, and provides excellent customer service. He has over 3 years of experience managing both commercial and residential properties.

    Business manager, Investor relations

    United States Marine Corps veteran with experience managing a team under pressure with over $7 M assets under management. Raised money for college science projects and multiple publicly traded companies. He enjoys developing professional transformational relationships, and in his spare time he advocates for S.T.E.M. education.

  • Kyle Carosotto

    Asset management, business operations

    Actively serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard which has taught him discipline, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. He grew up in a close-knit family which also taught him the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships in both his career and personnel life. Although his journey is just beginning in Real Estate Investing, his experience in project, budget, and asset management as a Naval Engineer has prepared him well for success in multifamily REI. Kyle considers education to be very important and pursued multiple Real Estate classes during his MBA and is a member of the Active-Duty Passive Income Multifamily Academy. Outside of his real estate education, Kyle has earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy.

    Investor Relations

    Retired Naval officer with over 22 years of experience applying a unique mix of strategic planning, operational management, personnel development, and administration. Although new to multifamily investing, Tracy has over 15 years of experience with single family real estate investing. With both her MBA and MHA, she is adept at balancing operational, financial, personnel, and regulatory constraints while managing projects. She accomplished measurable results while leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and directed the daily operations to manage and protect assets, property and equipment valued over $7M as a healthcare executive in the Navy. Tracy is passionate about her family, health, and financial freedom and is dedicated to promoting financial literacy education for all.

    Underwriter

    Actively serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard since 2018. His core values include teamwork, transparency, and tenacity and he has a deep desire for excellence and an unwavering commitment to success. As a child, he observed the sacrifice and hard work exhibited by his parents and numerous other families as they struggled to secure their financial future. His ultimate goal is to achieve financial freedom and provide life shaping opportunities for others. Tyler has a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a lifetime member of Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) organization and Multifamily Academy. While somewhat new to the commercial real estate space, he has worked diligently to deepen his knowledge through the completion of rigorous academic courses and curriculum.
